Candidates will only be available for assignments once we are satisfied the above criteria has been met.

Once a candidate has joined T4Teachers we provide on-going support and development services in order that they remain with us. Many Schools call us regularly and ask for a particular teacher, we seek to meet that requirement.

Support Services:

You will receive ongoing advice and guidance, offering a bespoke recruitment service, tailor made to meet your demands.

Once a placement has been confirmed we will closely monitor the progress of the teaching assignment for the first 10 days. Through continual feedback we can evaluate, the success of the placement and ensure that all your needs are being fulfilled, you are satisfied with the calibre of teachers. Any feedback will be collated with existing candidate records ensuring standards are continually updated and monitored making sure you, the client receives the highest possible quality of service.
