About Primary Teacher Hatfield

T4Teachers is currently working with a number of well-regarded schools seeking an enthusiastic and committed primary teacher Hatfield. As a primary teacher Hatfield, you will have the opportunity to inspire young learners, deliver creative and engaging lessons, and support pupils in reaching their academic and personal potential within a supportive school environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons aligned with the UK national curriculum.
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on placement).
Use assessment strategies to track progress and identify development areas.
Promote a positive, respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learning needs.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK-recognised qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, adaptable and positive approach to teaching.
• UK residency and right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commute to schools in Hatfield.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
