I highly recommend this agency. They are very supportive, professional, and always available to help whenever needed. The communication is excellent, and they provide great assistance throughout the whole process. The pay rates are also very good, and I have always had a positive experience working with them. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for nursery work.

My experience with T4Teachers has been excellent! I felt so welcomed from the very first call with Dan. Within a week after registration, I was contacted for my first job. I couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened! I’m so happy I made the initial call with T4Teachers. Their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency are beyond my expectations! I feel so supported. It was also lovely to meet Dan and the team in person, during registration. They all welcomed me with smiles and warmth!

I have worked for T4Teachers for 12 years on and off and can only say they are an amazing agency! Obviously professional with very good pay rates but also very "human" finding placements for me most suited to my needs. We also get weekly emails (the only agency I am with) to do this. All in all I feel they are not just employers but treat us like extended family. Very friendly and down to earth team. I highly recommend T4Teachers as an agency to work for.

Update 2026: Still a fantastic agency to work with. The team is always helpful, friendly, easy to reach, and takes the time to match roles to your preferences and location. Plenty of opportunities available and excellent support throughout.

I have been working with T4Teachers for many years now, and find them to be friendly and efficient to deal with. As an agent between myself and the schools they have consistently looked after me and not only found me plenty of work on a regular basis, but also negotiated on my behalf to pay me a decent rate.

I have been working for T4 Teachers for a few months now and they are a very friendly & helpful team. I have had no issues at all and they are always at the end of the phone to discuss anything or new bookings. They actively search out roles that are tailored to your specifications and always check on how you are doing. I especially like their family feel Friday Newsletter and I highly recommend them to other teachers. Thank you Sophie 🙂

I’ve enjoyed working with T4 Teachers.
They are friendly and appreciative and I have loved every school that they have placed me in. Very importantly, they seem to be an agency that is highly regarded and respected by the schools.

I have been with them for 10 years (on and off when I have had permanent positions) and would highly recommend T4 Teachers as an agency.
