About SEN Teaching Assistant Luton:
Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant in Luton looking to make a difference in a primary school setting? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing tailored assistance to help them thrive in their learning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, understanding, and passionate about SEN support.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN pupils.

Support children with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and other SEND.

Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.

Implement EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan) strategies where required.

Ensure student safety and wellbeing at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience working with SEN students (desirable but not essential).

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
